A strategic leader with extensive experience in the housing and fintech sectors. He co-founded and led major national digital platforms, most notably the Jood Eskan platform and the Waqfi platform under the General Authority for Awqaf, and served as Executive Advisor to the National Transformation Program at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. He brings deep expertise in building digital systems and designing transformation initiatives aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. He serves on the boards of several technology, industrial, and investment companies and is an active investor across multiple sectors including technology, industry, healthcare, and food and beverage, with extensive experience in company formation, project execution, and managing complex ventures across both the public and private sectors.

He serves on several boards of directors and specialized committees, bringing extensive advisory experience across government, private, and non-profit organizations, including financial institutions and listed companies. He holds a multidisciplinary academic background in finance, accounting, and law, complemented by hands-on expertise in developing regulatory frameworks, enhancing governance and compliance effectiveness, and supporting strategic transformation and organizational direction.

Head of Real Estate Investments at ANB Capital, overseeing the management of public and private real estate funds. He has extensive experience spanning the Capital Market Authority and AlAhli Financial Company, where he contributed to structuring and launching a diverse range of investment funds across equities, fixed income, and alternative investments. He later served as Senior Investment Manager at Awj Holding, where he focused on investment strategy and portfolio development. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Central Michigan University in the United States and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He is also a Certified Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
